Export diagnostics for Hololight Stream Runtime

Objectives

  • Be able to export diagnostic information using the Hololight Stream Runtime utility to help with support inquiries.

Export diagnostics

Exporting diagnostics creates a file you can submit with a support ticket to help fix problems that may arise when using Hololight Stream Runtime.

  1. Open the Hololight Stream Runtime utility.

  2. Select Help > Export diagnostics.

  3. Name the file, choose a location, and select Save.

Firewall information is only included in the diagnostic file when running the Hololight Stream Runtime utility as an administrator.
