Fix an unresponsive Hololight Stream Client when connecting to a 5090 GPU instance

If you are using a system with an NVIDIA 5090 Series GPU, launching a Hololight Stream instance with the AV1 codec may cause the client to become unresponsive or stuck during connection.

This issue is resolved with the latest Hololight Stream 2025.0.3 version.
