View a single user’s details in Hololight Hub
Prerequisites

You have a Hololight Hub account.

You have an account with an administrator or tenant manager access role.
View a single user’s details

Select USERS > Manage users.

Select a user’s name.
You can now see information specific to the selected user.
Information about the user is divided across the following three categories:
Overview
The overview shows general information about the user and their account.
You can see the following details about the user:

Access role |
The type of user and what they can do on the Hololight Hub platform. |
Created on |
The date and time the user was created. |
Created by |
The user who added the app. |

Application access
Here you can see what applications the user is allowed to start sessions for. This is in case you don’t want all users in your tenant to be able to access all applications.

Session history
Here you can see a history of all the application sessions the user has started. This is helpful in understanding application usage patterns. The session history includes the following information:
