Set up rendering instance for use with Hololight Hub

Every time you want to add an application to your own Hololight Hub deployment, you need to create a virtual machine to serve as a model rendering instance. Hololight Hub will use this instance, which either stays a normal virtual machine or is converted to a template, to make new instances. These instances will host the application sessions for the application you want to add. You have options for how to do this.
