Newly added users, on creation of their account, receive an email with a link to complete the setup of their account, including creating their own password.

New "Profile" page allows you to:

Added forgotten password functionality that lets you reset your password through an email sent to your Hololight Hub account’s verified email address. This email includes a link which walks you through setting a new password.

Removed the possibility for an administrator to specify a password when they add a user.

Edit previously added users' details, including name, sign-in method, and access role.

View the activation status of individual users and added a button to resend activation emails if a user did not activate their account before the activation link expired.

Suspend individual user accounts, which deactivates a user’s ability to sign in.

Delete individual user accounts, which removes the user from the tenant and revokes access to Hololight Hub.

Removed user credits.

Upload files to predefined Windows folders. These folders are then accessible to the application. The folders are:

Application session’s status updates automatically without the need for a refresh button.

Application sessions shut down automatically if someone does not connect to the session with Hololight Hub Client within a predefined period of time after session startup. This timeframe is defined by the administrator when they upload the application. This avoids unintentional resource use if a user does not connect to a started session.

Upload applications built with Hololight Stream 2024.0.0. To connect to sessions with applications using this version of Hololight Stream, you need to download and use Hololight Hub Client version 2024.1.0.

Select which XR devices are supported by a given application.

Specify which users within your tenant are allowed to access the application.

Edit application details after the application is added.

Delete applications. When deleted, users will no longer have access to the application.

Hololight Hub restricts application uploads to ZIP files only. Before, when uploading an application, it was possible to upload a folder instead of a ZIP file.

Added tables for viewing and managing users and applications as well as viewing a user’s activity history.

Additional analytical information, including:

Increased the time you can remain signed in from 15 to 60 minutes.

Removed "Getting started" page. That information is now available on the Hololight support base. In addition, Hololight Hub now has a link to the Hololight knowledge base.

Fixed bug where running sessions showed a stop time in the year 1970. Instead "Running" now appears in the "Stop time" column when a session is running.

Updated Hololight Hub Client on all devices to support applications using Hololight Stream 2024.0.0.
