Edit user’s application access in Hololight Hub

Objectives

  • Edit a user’s application access in your tenant.

Prerequisites

  • You have a Hololight Hub account.

  • You have an account with an administrator or tenant manager access role.

Edit a user’s application access in your tenant

You can control which applications a user is able to start sessions for.

  1. Select USERS > Manage users.

  2. Select the name of the user who you want to have different applications to access.

  3. Select App access > Edit.

You will see a list of all the applications available in the tenant. Check the boxes next to those applications you want the user to be able to start sessions with. Unchecked applications will not appear to the user.

When you have enabled and disabled the applications you want, select Save changes. Select Cancel to discard your changes.
