Edit users able to use an application in Hololight Hub
Prerequisites

You have a Hololight Hub account.

You have an account with an administrator or tenant manager access role.
Edit users able to use an application
As an administrator, you may not want all users in your tenant to be able to use an application you uploaded. Instead, you can assign users to applications to specify who will be able to start sessions of those applications.

Select APPLICATION > Manage Apps.

From the list of applications, select the application where you want to change which users can use it.

Select Access > Edit

On the list of users in the tenant, mark the checkboxes for the users you want to be able to access the application. Users with unmarked checkboxes won’t have access.

When you are happy with your selections, select Save changes. Select Cancel to discard your changes.
