Edit a user’s group in Hololight Hub

Objectives

  • Be able to edit a user’s group.

Prerequisites

  • You have a Hololight Hub account.

  • You have an account with an administrator or tenant manager access role.

Edit a user’s group in your tenant

You can control which groups a user is able to start sessions for.

  1. Select USERS > Manage users.

  2. Select the name of the user who you want to have different group.

  3. Select Groups > Edit.

You will see a list of all the groups available in the tenant. Check the boxes next to those groups you want the user to be able to start sessions with. Unchecked groups will not appear to the user.

When you have enabled and disabled the groups you want, select Save changes. Select Cancel to discard your changes.
