Suspend or unsuspend a user in your tenant in Hololight Hub

Objectives

  • Suspend a user in your tenant.

  • Unsuspend a suspended user in your tenant.

Prerequisites

  • You have a Hololight Hub account.

  • You have an account with an administrator or tenant manager access role.

Suspend a user in your tenant

A suspended user can’t start application sessions.

To suspend a user in your tenant:

  1. Select USERS > Manage users.

  2. Select the name of the user who you want to suspend.

  3. Select More actions > Suspend.

  4. When you are asked if you are sure you want to suspend the user, select Suspend.

Unsuspend a suspended user in your tenant

To unsuspend a user in your tenant:

  1. Select USERS > Manage users.

  2. Select the name of the user who you want to unsuspend.

  3. Select More actions > Unsuspend.

  4. When you are asked if you are sure you want to unsuspend the user, select Unsuspend.
