Loading Cube

Easily adjust scale, orientation, and placement of your 3D models before import with the powerful Loading Cube The Loading Cube is a key feature in Hololight Space. It lets you adjust important import settings before bringing your 3D model into the scene. This ensures everything is scaled, oriented, and placed correctly.

Import files

The 2025.0.1.0 release introduces even more ways to work with the Loading Cube with the following options:

  • Import from cube position
Loads the model exactly where the Loading Cube is placed.

  • Import and align to space origin
Places the model at the Space Origin.

  • Import and place on physical floor
Automatically aligns the model with the detected real-world floor.

  • Import and align to first loaded object
When importing multiple models, aligns them relative to the first one you load.

Default import settings in the Loading Cube

Set the correct orientation for your model.

  • Mirror axis
Flip the model along a selected axis.

  • Preview
See a live preview of your model with the current settings.

  • Delete
    Cancel the import process.

  • Import object
Finalize and import the model with your chosen settings.
