Download and install

Before you begin, choose your server machine and make sure you have access to it. This server machine can be a desktop PC, a laptop, or a computer running on a server rack, as long as it uses a Windows operating system.

Make sure your Hololight Space server machine has a graphics processing unit (GPU) powerful enough to handle the 3D models you want to load. For details, see our recommendations and requirements above.

Download Hololight Space

  1. Open a web browser on your server machine.

  2. Go to the Hololight Space downloads page.

  3. Under Hololight Space > Installer, select DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS or DOWNLOAD MSI VERSION.

  4. Once the download is complete, double-click the installer file.

  5. Check the box next to I agree to the License terms and conditions, then select Next.

    You can choose to create desktop shortcuts for quick access to Hololight Space.

  6. Select Next.

  7. Select all optional features (recommended) for optimal performance.

    Hololight Space Assistant is entirely optional and must be installed to be used

  8. Select Install.

  9. If a User Account Control window appears, select Yes to continue.

  10. Wait for the installation to complete, then select Finish.

  11. On your Desktop, double-click Hololight Space to start the app for the first time.
